Easier member and admin interactions within YM:

We understand that a smooth, user-friendly experience is essential for both your team and your members, which is why we dedicated ourselves to enhancing these interactions this year. A major highlight was our Idea Box, where almost every release included at least one customer-driven suggestion. We made significant strides in member acquisition, improved eCommerce by simplifying bulk actions and non-member selections, and added more reminders to encourage timely member renewals. Additionally, we enhanced data tracking for email and text campaigns, making it easier for you to tailor communications and understand member engagement. In total, we rolled out 17 exciting releases focused on streamlining the user experience!

A smoother and more reliable experience using YM:

While the new features are exciting, we’ve also been focused on improving the backend to make your experience with YM even smoother. We’re thrilled to share that our customer satisfaction rate for the year exceeded 95%! Our team is dedicated to solving any challenges you face, and that includes fixing nearly 100 bugs to ensure a more reliable platform. With these improvements, you can count on YM to work seamlessly, giving you and your members a stress-free experience.

Make online payments easier:

To ensure your payment processes are as modern and efficient as possible, we’ve invested in CardPointe, a cutting-edge payment platform. This integration brings many benefits, including the ability to process refunds directly within YourMembership and the upcoming digital wallet capabilities for even quicker payments. With CardPointe’s secure, automated Account Updater, outdated credit card information is automatically updated, so you never have to worry about missed recurring payments again. It’s all about making payments easier and more secure for both you and your members.

Improvements to in-house Momentive Software integrations:

This year, we’ve focused on enhancing the YourMembership and Freestone integration to provide a more powerful, seamless experience for both your learners and your organization. With the new catalog sync feature, staff time is saved as course data automatically transfers between your AMS and Freestone, eliminating duplicate data entry and ensuring accuracy. Plus, with real-time order sync, once a learner enrolls in a Freestone course through YM and completes their order, their courses will instantly appear in their learning portal, creating a seamless learning experience.

Empowering Small Associations

2024 marked a year of creating value for small-staff associations. With tools like the Small Staff Benchmark Report, small staff can benchmark themselves against other organizations and gain actionable tips to move forward.
