Quinn Hoffman

GENERAL MANAGER

Quinn Hoffman is the General Manager for YourMembership AMS & Freestone LMS and has lived and breathed Association & Learning Management software at Momentive Software since 2008.

Quinn started her career in non-profit technology and held various leadership roles including Chief of Staff, Director of Implementation, Vice President of Customer Success & Vice President of Sales & Sales Operations. She has expanded the organization through organic growth and over 20+ acquisitions. She puts the needs of others first through our employees and the customers that we serve.

Playing a pivotal role in the success of YourMembership AMS, Quinn is an experienced executive with an exceptional record in growth, customer success, and technology training. She’s a past recipient of The SaaS Report’s Top Women Leaders in SaaS.

Natalie Rush

Implementation Team Manager

Natalie Rush is the Implementation Team Manager for YourMembership AMS and has been working with Association Management software at Momentive Software since 2008.

Natalie started her career in Education and moved into support team at Yourmembership including roles as Support Manager and more. She has worked hard to establish a culture of high performance and employee satisfaction.

Outside of work, Natalie enjoys knitting, reading, the outdoors and spending time with her pups and family. She grew up in the Canal Zone in Panama and graduated from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco.

Matthew Merwin

Director of Customer Service

Fun Fact: 2nd degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do, helps keep him on my toes with two young children running around.

Bio: Matt has been a part of the Momentive Software family for over 7 years. His career has been tailored around supporting and implementing small staff associations and helping achieve their goals with a passionate team.

Andrew Huling

Vice President, Development

Andrew combines nearly two decades experience creating and shipping reliable, scalable software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products with a deep knowledge of emerging technologies to lead the team which builds, implements, and maintains the Nucleus data analytics platform. His passion for products, which are both powerful and intuitive is reflected in Nucleus’ mission to deliver critical business insights in a simple, easily understood fashion. Andrew graduated from Harvard University with his AB and SM Degrees, both in Computer Science.

Carson Schaller

Product Manager

Carson Schaller joined Momentive Software in 2014 and currently serves as a Product Manager for the YourMembership AMS product.

As a Product Manager, Carson works with customers and internal stakeholders to identify customer needs, prioritizing new development to the software and making sure those needs are met by the product.

Carson previously held Senior Support Specialist and Implementation Specialist roles at YM.

Carson is passionate about seeing our customers succeed, because that success allows them to do awesome things for the industries and communities that they serve and believe in.

Outside of work, Carson enjoys both playing and listening to music. Carson plays bass in a band that performs in the Tampa Bay, Florida area. He also enjoys playing video games, watching his favorite football team (the Tampa Bay Buccaneers), and spending time with friends and family.
